Physio Dee Why, Physio northern beacheste Title

Our Team
Keira Bell
Director/Physio
Keira is now well & truly cemented in the Physio realm, treating everyone from all walks of life.
She first completed her studies as a Naturopath, and worked as a massage therapist for many years, and it was this passion for hands on therapy led her to complete her Doctor of Physiotherapy studies.
Keira's treatment approach is based on attempting to not only treat the problem, but work out the cause is and why it's there.
Keira has spent many years working in the sporting realm of Physio, assisting many local & semi professional sporting teams over the years.
Her spare time these days is taken up running around after her three little boys, who definitely keep her on her toes!

Angela Tung Yung
Physio
Angela completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland back in 2015.
She has worked in both community and private practice ever since.
Over the years, she has been working in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, while incorporating bio-mechanical assessments and various manual techniques.
Angela has recently returned to Australia after spending few years as physiotherapist in Hong Kong.
In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym and having road trips with friends.

Chad Geister
Physiotherapist
Chad studied the Doctor of Physiotherapy at Macquarie University, excelling as a student, with Physio in his blood.
Chad's treatment approach and skill set is very much based on working out the 'true' cause of any injury.
He is also currently working at Code5 gym, helping clients to stay fit and active from all aspects.
His studies and extensive skills make him a huge asset to have in the clinic.

Kristen TePania
Massage Therapist
Kristen has grown up on the Northern Beaches and always had a strong interest in sport.
In her early years was involved in surf lifesaving, swimming and netball. She then moved on to play Rugby Union for the first Manly Marlins Women's team.
Ten years ago, Kristen decided on a career change, from a preschool teacher, to completing her Remedial Massage Diploma.
Massage is always something she's been interested in, and has been working as a mobile massage therapist for the last few years.
She has now set down some roots with us here at O'Neill & Pross to help with all the sore bodies we see through the door.
When Kristen is not busy massaging, she has a beautiful daughter & son who keep her busy.

Nicky Kennedy
Reception/Group Exercise Instructor
Nicky has joined our team as part receptionist and part Physio Assistant, to get the best out of her.
Nicky will be on hand to help our Physio's with your treatment programs and here for any questions.
She will also now be running our Group Exercise Classes.
She has a keen interest in the sporting world, herself having played a high level of Netball and Touch Football.
When she's not here she's looking after her 3 beautiful children.

Jeff Pross
Physio
Jeff is arguably the most experienced physiotherapist on the northern beaches, with over 40years working in private practice in Dee Why.
Jeff passed the reigns down to Keira to (hopefully) keep the practice running smoothly and keep the bodies of the Northern Beaches together.
His time now is largely occupied with golf, and grandfather duties.
*If you would like an appointment with Jeff please call us to discuss

Chris Holmes
Physiotherapist
Chris is a young physiotherapist who recently graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science Physiotherapy.
Chris is eager to utilise his skills and work alongside clients to guide them through their rehabilitation.
Chris has worked with a variety of patients, with all kinds of conditions.
Outside of work Chris enjoys the outdoors, including surfing, footy and camping.

Cindy Beilken
Office Admin
Cindy has been involved in the practice and manning the front desk for many years. (She's practically part of the furniture!)
Cindy is the go to person for the running of this show, and is always hands on to help out our physio's - and doesn't mind a chat here & there.
When she's not here at O'Neill & Pross she's busy looking after her 5 grandchildren.
