Physio Dee Why, Physiotherapy Northern Beaches

Keira has now been around the Physio world for a good few years, treating everyone from all walks of life (yes, that includes you!)

She first completed her studies as a Naturopath, but went on to complete her Doctor of Physiotherapy not long after, mainly because she loves the hands on stuff.

Keira aims to combine her two (work) loves, by attempting to work through not only the problem, but work out what the cause is and why its there in the first place.

With over 10 years experience in massage, and a very close learning relationship with Jeff, her treatment approach encompasses the use of dry needling, massage, shockwave therapy, taping and other options where required.

The interest in sporting injuries has allowed some learning opportunities over the years, where Keira has helped out with:

  • NSW Hockey Masters

  • Junior NSW Netball Championships

  • Local A Grade Rugby League Teams

  • Local Suburban Rugby Union Teams

  • Manly OzTag State Championships

Her spare time these days is taken up running around after her two little boys, who definitely keep her on her toes!

Physio Dee Why, Physiotherapy Northern Beaches

Jeff is probably the most experienced physiotherapist on the northern beaches, with over 35 years working in private practice in Dee Why.

Jeff's longevity in the profession has lead him to becoming a household name in diagnosis and referrals.

Given his experience and diagnostic skills, Jeff is your go to for those injuries & complaints no one else can help with.

He is also able to treat and diagnose conditions based on not only the latest research, but from clinical expertise over the years of working in this field.

He followed his father, an olympic games athletics coach, into the realm of representative sport both in athletics and baseball. His physiotherapy career also followed this path, having been involved with numerous elite sporting teams including:

  • Manly Warringah Rugby Leage (Sea Eagles) for 17 years.

  • NSW Athletics Physiotherapist for 11 years

  • NSW Hockey & Institution Physiotherapist for 5 years

  • Local Northern Beaches A Grade Rugby League

Jeff has handed the reigns of the business over to Keira, so he can spend his spare time on the golf course trying to perfect his swing, or chasing after his energetic grandson.

He is still practicing in the mornings during the week.

*Please note: Due to Jeff's expertise & experience he will attract a higher fee than our other Physiotherapists. Should you wish to discuss this further please contact us prior to making an appointment
